Our Future
As part of the rector search process, our search committee led two surveys: a short survey to gauge interests and issues and a longer open-answer survey to drill down on our congregation’s goals and hopes for the future. Based on both of these surveys, the Search Committee facilitated three focus groups surrounding the central issues and opportunities for growth our congregants identified. Our short and long-term goals fit within these three categories.
